总结：VPS默认给的不是root权限，如果需要root权限需要自己设置，这个对于小白来说可能不太友好，需要涉及到部分命令，虽然开通服务后的邮件有说，但这个确实真的不太方便,需要有一定的动手能力。ping延迟方面，平均都在300ms以上，看视频之类的这个确实不太适合了，不过这个商家也确实说了，特点是注重隐私，这个有需求的可以考虑一下的，起码目前我这个套餐的硬盘速度确实是不错的，测了几次都是能达到2GB/s的速度。路由测试方面，基本都是绕路德国，加上测了几次都是权限问题，自动中断，所以没有继续测了，这个问题确实有点悬，可能也是权限导致的，最后就是一句话，硬盘性能不错，隐私保护官方宣称很足，需要注重隐私的可以考虑，其他人可以不用考虑这个商家。
